The resort has 465 deluxe rooms with balconies overlook the sea.
All rooms are equipped with mini bar, individually controlled AC, International telephone, in-room safe deposit, TV with satellite program, bathroom with over-sized shower and hairdryer.
For Suites, there are 2 Junior Suites, 15 Senior Suites and 1 Royal Suite.
Also the resort offers 2 fresh water pools and 1 children's pool, 1 heated swimming pool, health club and spa, 2 tennis courts, Billiard, table tennis, Horse and camel riding, Golf putting green, Quad Runners, Internet Café, Mini Club and Conference room for 200 persons seated

Changes in existing reservations are subject to availability and may cause (depending on allottments) to change the Hotel. Cancellations within 7 days after order confirmation and in any case before check-in date, Memphis Tours will refund the whole amount, deducting 1 day/night each booked room plus 10 % bank fees. In all other cases no refund is admitted. Cancellations for reasons beyond control of Memphis Tours and their suppliers, such as civil and war events, terroristic activities, etc, as well as natural disasters are not refundable. In case of any cancellation, change of reservation or missed arrival (No-Show) Dunia LLC will charge 15.00 Euro administrative fees in order to maintain all documents for the time of one year at the disposal of the customer and the hotel.
